Springboard’s latest webinar looked back at how retail destinations have performed since the start of 2022 including the impact on footfall of rising prices, and the impact of hybrid working on physical stores and retail destinations. The webinar included footfall trends over Easter and the early May bank holiday, alongside market trends, consumer confidence, town centre store sales and online spending.
Marketing and Insights Director, Diane Wehrle, was joined by industry guests who reflected on how their retail destinations have performed so far this year and their outlook for the remainder of 2022.

She has spent the last six years as the Business Performance Manager for Festival Place in Basingstoke, where she heads up the award-winning retail and data function for the UK top 20 shopping centre.
Rachel plays an integral part in informing the direction of the shopping centre and leasing strategy, to supporting the overall asset management through managing and analysing all data streams across Festival Place.
