Emerging from the pandemic: The impact of hybrid working and current economic challenges on the performance of stores and retail destinations during 2022

Springboard’s latest webinar looked back at how retail destinations have performed since the start of 2022 including the impact on footfall of rising prices, and the impact of hybrid working on physical stores and retail destinations.  The webinar included footfall trends over Easter and the early May bank holiday, alongside market trends, consumer confidence, town centre store sales and online spending. 

Marketing and Insights Director, Diane Wehrle, was joined by industry guests who reflected on how their retail destinations have performed so far this year and their outlook for the remainder of 2022.
