With over 20 years of experience managing people and customers, across 3 continents, in large B2B organizations she has improved the customer experience with her expertise in people, processes, and systems. Her hands-on operational expertise, combined with her excellent people skills, ensures the company culture embraces the customer journey. She has a passion for understanding people and a love of continuous learning which is evidenced by her masters’ degree in Human Resources completed in 2018 just for fun!
