      £ / Sq ft:

      Sales for the selected period divided by the selling space of the of the retail unit measured in square feet. (ie weekly view shows weekly sale per sq ft, monthly view shows monthly sales per sq ft, quarter view shows quarter sales per sq ft, year view and my all shows yearly or annualised sales per sq ft. if a full years sales are not available then the number of weeks data used is shown in the Num column)

       

      Ranking:

      In ascending order of the £ / Sq Ft value. The “Categories” are ranked out of the number of categories in the Centre. The “Retailers” are ranked out of the number of retailers in the category.

       

      Moving Annual Totals (Gross):

      A dynamic sales total of the last 52 weeks, unless otherwise indicated by the number of weeks in brackets

       

      YTD:

      'Year to Date' is the annual % change in sales for the year so far, compared to the same period last year

       

      QTD:

      'Quarter to Date' is the annual % change in sales for the quarter so far, compared to the same period last year

       

      MTD:

      'Month to Date' is the annual % change in sales for the month so far, compared to the same period last year

       

      YoY:

      'Year on Year' is the % change in sales from the same week in the previous year

       

      WoW:

      'Week on Week' is the % change in sales from the previous week

       

      Estimations:

      Springboard Analyser estimates missing sales on a daily basis should a retailer who is set up, fail to provide their sales by the allotted deadline of 2pm on Tuesday.

      Figures shown in RED are estimated figures.

       

      Sales Confidence:

      Both estimated and actual data counts towards a sales confidence score that is now shown against each retailer, category and the Centre/portfolio as a whole.

      This enables you to look at the reported sales performance figures and understand how much of a representation it is or TRUE ACTUAL performance of a retailer, category or your Centre as a whole.

      The Sales Confidence score is calculated by:

      Taking the number of sales figures provided as a percentage of those available and then weighting according to unit size. The score is calculated within each time period for the Centre overall, within each category and for each retailer
