Springboard publishes the Springboard Footfall Index monthly in collaboration with the British Retail Consortium. This is adopted by the national print and broadcast media.
Springboard also publishes the High Street Index, which monitors footfall in high streets nationally. This is the only metric that monitors the performance of town and city centres nationally in attracting customers, as distinct from other types of location or format such as shopping centres or particular retailers.
