Perform is an online performance monitoring and benchmarking service for shopping centres.

It stores and presents data on a centre’s trading performance such as footfall, sales, car parking, and its customer profile, in a clear and easy to understand format.

A centre is able to both monitor its performance and to benchmark itself against national, regional and portfolio averages. Retail sales data has long been collected, but via Perform for the first time a centre can readily benchmark retail categories and particular retailers.

Works with all on-site systems – data from any footfall counting, car parking or sales reporting system can be incorporated, and Perform’s online platform means that systems or software on site do not need to be changed.
