Reports can be selected from any PC with internet access at anytime. Springboard has exclusive rights to i-site, the latest generation of counting technology. With origins in defence and security, i-site has a number of key characteristics that set it apart from other technological solutions:
  • In many environments, i-site requires only a single camera to gather accurate data
This contrasts with other technological solutions that either require multiple cameras due to a limited field of vision (and hence a greater cost), or which generate data that is far less accurate as the software is unable to cope with the degree of reflective light that is sometimes prevalent in enclosed environments.
  • In external environments such as the high street, i-site counts accurately 24/7
This reinforces its ability to cope with challenging light and environmental conditions that typify town centres and which are sometimes a character of older purpose built environments or newer purpose built external environments such as retail parks and leisure venues.
  • i-site is able to track customers along streets, within malls and into outlets
This is typically illustrated as hot spots and cold spots on a plan, so that degradation of pitch quality can be easily discerned and interpreted.
  • i-site can be integrated with existing cameras that are already in situ
In many instances, this negates the need to introduce new hardware, generating genuine financial economies together with a much reduced installation period.
